What is Authentic Relating?

Authentic Relating (AR) is a toolkit and worldview which allows us to drop into deep fulfilling connection with one another quickly.    

AR is a conscious way of be-ing with self in the presence of other right here in the present moment.   

Authentic Relating Games are a safe space to practice embodying practical agreements and tools for healthy communication, deep listening and vulnerable connection.  These connection games are intentionally facilitated to teach qualities like empathy, authenticity, compassion and boundaries which are not only innate but can be learned through the right environment and practice.
